1. How far back do you fetch data?

By default, we get audience demographics data for the lifetime of the creator's profile. We will sync the data as per availability on the platform and update you via webhooks.

2. How can I get raw data for audience demographics?

Currently, we only support aggregate data for audience demographics. We may support raw data in the future, but that is not our roadmap for now.

3. Who are the audience for a profile? Are they the same as followers?

The audience constitutes of all other users who engage with a creator's profile in any way, such as like, subscribe, view, comment, follow, etc. Audience includes followers but is not limited to that. In other words, followers are a subset of audience, but based on the content and profile reach a profile would always have larger audience than their number of followers.
