What is Campaign Tracking Module?

Brands run multiple campaigns on social media to increase brand awareness or boost sales. While doing so, brands require regular campaign performance monitoring across various metrics, including revenue. Our newly developed 'Campaigns' module offers a solution to fulfill this need efficiently.

It is a web dashboard that allows marketers to track the performance of an influencer’s posts on Tiktok, Instagram, or Youtube. They can monitor either historical posts or posts that are yet to be posted across multiple influencers.

How does it work?

There are various modes for accessing the module. The module is only available for Youtube, Tiktok and Instagram.

Trial Mode

Single content view

New users can come and register at https://dashboard.insightiq.ai/sign-in . Once a user logs in, they can go to Campaign Tab by clicking on the tab on the left side.

You would be shown a landing page where two pre-setup campaigns are mentioned, along with an option to analyze a single content URL. You can do the following operations.

You can enter a URL on the section and see its performance details. The system fetches the metrics in real-time and shows them. It might take a few seconds, depending on the content size.

  • You will see the post details with its description and link to go to the actual content. You could see likes, comments, views, total engagement, impressions, reach, and engagement rate.

  • Impression for Youtube and Tiktok are total views. Total Engagement is calculated as the sum of likes, comments, and shares. The engagement rate is calculated as total engagement / total impressions.   Engagement Rate for Instagram is calculated as Total Engagement / Estimated Reach

  • Views are applicable for video content (Youtube and Tiktok) and available for Instagram Video content (Video and Reels). The system will provide reach and impressions for other content views and impressions that are not mentioned. Reach for Youtube and Tiktok are not available.  Also, shares count are only available for Tiktok only

  • All media types across all three platforms are supported except Instagram Story. You can get the post description and link but not the metrics.

  • You will also see a banner below these metrics discussing comment analysis. Comment Analysis is not available for this view and is only available while you create a campaign

Campaign View

  • Once you see the landing page, you will see two sample campaigns (Drinkprime Delights and FeastFest). These campaigns are set up in advance to that users can see the metrics without worrying about the setup.

  • Each row in the ‘Your campaigns’ has the name of the campaign, the brand name associated with this campaign, the number of posts, and the campaign's creation date.

  • If a user clicks on the ‘+ Add Post’ and ‘+ New campaign’ buttons, then you are asked to contact sales for access with the below prompt.

  • When you click on the ‘Contact Us’ then, you are redirected to the new tab, where you can enter your email address and book a meeting.

  • Now, once you click inside a campaign, you will see a view similar to the screenshots mentioned below.  You will see below metrics, which are calculated as total and average measures. The details are mentioned below

    • Total/Average Likes: Total/Average Likes across all the content posted successfully to this campaign across all the platforms. If likes are unavailable for some content, then the average calculation will not count that post.

    • Total/Average Comments: Total/Average Comments across all the content posted successfully to this campaign across all the platforms. If comments are unavailable for some content, then the average calculation will not count that post.

    • Total/Average Views: Total/Average Views across all the content posted successfully to this campaign across all the platforms. If Views are unavailable for some content, then the average calculation will not count that post.

    • Total/Average Shares by TikTok: Total/Average Shares on Tiktok / Total number of Tiktok posts. Since the metric is unavailable here, we don’t consider shares from other platforms (Youtube and Instagram).

    • Total/Average Engagement: Total/Average number of engagements. Total Engagement is calculated as summing up engagement for each content available.

    • Total/Average Impressions: Total Impressions across all the content items. Average Impression is calculated as Total Impressions / Total number of posts.

  • Once a user scrolls down then, then they can see below content list. The list has a Thumbnail, platform logo, posting date, likes, comments, views, and engagement rate.

  • By default, the view is loaded to show the latest content on top (in descending order of posted on ). Although you can apply to sort on likes, comments, views, and engagement rate too.

  • You can click on each content, and you can see the content view. The details for the content view are mentioned in above section.

  • For Instagram and Tiktok, the content view can show the handle name at the top, but the title is mentioned for youtube. The sample screenshots are mentioned below.

  • If you click below on the content section, then you can find the comment analysis done for content.

  • There are two metrics available now. Relevant Comments provide a score for all the comments, which are relevant to the subject of the post. You can see that 19% of comments are relevant (approx 24 comments)

  • You can also see the overall sentiment analysis done on each comment. 57.14% of comments are positive, rest are neutral or negative
